We're all about flavour, enjoyment and taking the time to produce great experiences. At The Restaurant, we use fresh, in-season, locally and regionally grown produce as much as possible. We do this for taste and sustainability. The same passion and hand-crafting that goes into producing our world-class beers goes into our food - courtesy of Head Chef, Adam Ritchie, and the team.
